Founder, designer & builder — UK

Dan Andrews

A decade spent learning why people do what they do, and building software that answers for it — the kind that feels obvious in the hand. These days I design and build my own through cyber:cyber, while exploring how intelligence and interfaces will evolve beyond the current app model.

What I do

Most software is built by people who understand the machine or the person using it — rarely both. I work in the overlap: what makes people tick, and what makes a thing feel right in the hand. So I take the whole job — the research, the interface, and the code that ships it. Native, on-device, considered down to the corner radius. I’m also exploring how intelligence and new interfaces — spatial and agentic — will shape what we build next.

When I'm not building my own, I help teams find the shape of theirs. I mentor designers, and teach the odd workshop.

I take on a small number of projects through cyber:cyber. If you have something ambitious you’d like to explore, I’d be happy to talk.
